By using Teamification's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Teamification provides corporate team building activities, leadership development programs, and related consulting services. Our services include:

• VR team building experiences
• Strategic simulation activities
• Leadership development workshops
• Custom team building solutions

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings
• Balance payment is due on or before the event date
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

5. Participant Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our facilitators. Teamification is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to the activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used in our programs are the intellectual property of Teamification or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Teamification's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
