Executive Coaching in India — Individual Development Meets Team Dynamics

Both. Individual coaching packages (3 or 6 sessions) combine 360° assessment with activity-based diagnostic. Team coaching packages combine individual coaching sessions for each leadership team member with a collective team development program.

The360Leadership is our proprietary assessment platform measuring 8 leadership competencies via 360° feedback from peers, reports and managers. It generates an individual report with strength and development insights, and a team aggregate report for the coaching conversation.

Individual program: 2–3 months (assessment + 3 coaching sessions + follow-up). Team program: 3–6 months (individual assessments + team activity day + group coaching + application support). We also offer 1-day intensive formats for senior teams at Goa offsites.

The 360° + activity combination: most leaders have received 360° feedback before and know how to respond to it intellectually. Seeing their own behaviour in a simulation adds a layer of visceral evidence that conversation alone cannot achieve. The combination produces faster, deeper insight.
