The biggest failure in corporate DEI is the check-box training: a 2-hour e-learning module that produces compliance but not belonging. Experiential DEI programs create the shared vulnerability and connection that make inclusion real. Two people who have built a harmonica performance together or solved a murder mystery together have a different relationship — regardless of their demographic differences.
Indian corporate DEI is multidimensional: it is simultaneously about gender, generation, region, language, and (in some contexts) caste. Our programs are adapted for this complexity — we do not use generic Western DEI frameworks without local context adaptation.
Standard DEI training is compliance-focused: policies, definitions, protected categories. DEI team building creates shared experiences that build empathy and genuine cross-group connection. The activity creates the situation; the debrief creates the insight. Behaviour change comes from experiencing difference, not studying it.
