Leadership Team Activities for Goa Retreats — Simulation, Game and Reflection Formats

We start with a 30-minute briefing call before the retreat. You share the team's current challenges (e.g. cross-functional alignment, delegation, change leadership). We select and configure activities that surface those specific dynamics in the game environment.

Yes. This is our most-requested format. Morning: leadership activity + debrief. Afternoon: facilitated strategy session using debrief insights as input. Teams leave with both self-awareness and concrete plans.

Optimal: 12–30. We can scale to 60 with parallel tracks. For groups larger than 30, we recommend two facilitators and parallel activity rooms to maintain the quality of leadership observation and debrief.
