Corporate Activities in Goa — Everything You Need for Your Offsite Program

We use a 30-minute briefing call to understand your team's current challenges and offsite objectives. We then recommend a combination of activities that address those specific challenges. Right balance of fun and depth for your audience.

We manage facilitation, materials, setup and debrief for all activities. For venue booking, accommodation and F&B at your Goa resort, we coordinate with your chosen property but recommend using the resort's event manager for those elements.

Outdoor activities need beach or resort lawn access. Indoor activities need conference rooms (sizes vary — we specify per activity). We send a venue requirements document 2–3 weeks before your offsite so the resort can prepare.

Peak season (November–February): 6–8 weeks. Shoulder season (March–May): 4 weeks. Off-season (June–September): 2–3 weeks. The earlier you confirm, the better the facilitator availability for preferred dates.
