Mornings (7–10 am) are cooler and have the best light. Evenings (4–6 pm) offer the iconic Goa sunset as a backdrop — perfect for closing sessions or the debrief around a bonfire. Midday is too hot from March onwards.

Yes. We arrive 45–60 minutes before the group to set up. Our equipment is beach-adapted (waterproof game boards, sand anchors for canvases). All materials travel with our facilitators.

Up to 300 participants for Beach Shack in a wide beach stretch format. GeoQuest handles 200 (using trail segments). The Creative Canvas works best for groups under 100 on the beach. We adjust group sizes to the available beach length.

Yes. We travel to Palolem, Benaulim, and other south Goa locations. South Goa beaches are quieter and better suited for intimate leadership team retreats (12–40 people). North Goa (Calangute, Candolim) handles larger groups.
