Participants sit next to each other and paint — pleasant and social, but fundamentally a parallel activity rather than a collaborative one. The 'team' element is the shared room, not the creative process itself.
We offer the Umbrella Challenge — our signature art-based activity — and The Creative Canvas, where the entire group works on one very large shared canvas. Teams must negotiate space, colours, and composition. We also build custom art activities based on client requirements. The painting process requires non-verbal communication and spatial negotiation — skills that map directly to workplace collaboration. The debrief uses the canvas as evidence.
