However, activities like BondVoyage and Harmonica Tales can accommodate much larger groups - up to 3,000 people for major conferences or company-wide events. Each activity has optimal group sizes for maximum impact, and we'll recommend the best approach based on your group size, objectives, and desired outcomes.

Technology requirements vary by activity. Executive Quest requires VR headsets (we provide all equipment). Most other activities need standard AV equipment - microphones, speakers, and projectors for larger groups. For VR and tech-based activities, we also need reliable internet connectivity. We handle all technical setup and provide our own specialized equipment, so you don't need to worry about technology procurement or setup. We'll share specific requirements during the booking process and coordinate with your venue to ensure everything is ready.
